Discover our spacious two-storey penthouse ideally situated between the gentle dunes and the vibrant center of Playa del Inglés. Spanning 140 m2 with a private 50 m2 rooftop terrace, this property offers spectacular sea views and is just a leisurely walk from the beach.
The apartment features three modern bathrooms and air-conditioned bedrooms, coupled with a fully equipped kitchen to ensure the highest comfort. The rooftop terrace, equipped with a gas grill, umbrellas, and comfortable loungers, is perfect for social barbecues or a tranquil retreat for sunbathing and relaxing.

Check-In/Out
Check-in is available from 3 PM, ensuring your accommodation is thoroughly prepared for your arrival. Check-out is by 11 AM on the day of departure, allowing for a smooth transition and final preparations for our next guests.
Key Handover
Keys are handed over in person by our property manager who will meet you on-site. This also gives us a chance to introduce you to the house and answer any immediate questions.
Family-Friendly
Our home is baby-friendly, equipped with all necessary amenities to accommodate young families, including a high chair and a baby cot upon request.
Pet Policy
Please note that while we love animals, pets are not allowed in the accommodation to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and comfort for all guests.
A security deposit of € 400 per stay is required, which will be refunded post-departure, subject to a satisfactory property inspection. Our Terms and Conditions can be found here.
